Senior Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong Senior Sous to support our Head Chef in the running of this busy hotel kitchen. Preparing meals for our brasserie style restaurant and functions and events for up 300 people. Deputising for the Head Chef when necessary. Supervising team, stock ordering etc. Strong pastry skills an advantage. Must be qualified to NVQ Level II. Competitive salary applies
