Terms & conditions:

Christmas Party Nights

• Provisional booking must be confirmed within 14 days of enquiry. If not confirmed, provisional bookings will be automatically released.

• Final details (including guest numbers, menu choices where applicable and dietary requirements) are required 1 month prior to arrival.

• A deposit of £10.00 per person is required to confirm spaces. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Full balance for all bookings must be paid no later than 1 month prior to arrival.

• If a booking is made with less than 1 month prior to arrival, the full balance will be due to confirm the booking. This payment will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• The hotel reserves the right to move your booking to a smaller function room should numbers dictate.

• The hotel reserves the right to change or cancel any advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.

• In the unlikely event that the hotel must cancel a function for any reason derived from us, an alternative date or full refund will be offered without liability to the hotel.

• For shared party nights:

o Groups of under 6 or under may be seated on tables shared with other groups

o Groups of over 10 guests will be seated on more than one table.

o Any individual requirements or special requests will need to be discussed with your event co-ordinator. Where special requests are made, the hotel with endeavour to accommodate them but they cannot be guaranteed.

• For private party nights:

o Private parties are available Sunday to Friday and exclude Saturdays

o Minimum booking number of 70 guests or a room hire supplement will be applicable dependant on your minimum numbers.

o A designated Event Contract must be signed and returned in order to confirm your booking along with your deposit payment.

 Christmas Day Lunch

• Any individual requirements or special requests will need to be discussed with your event co-ordinator. Where special requests are made, the hotel with endeavour to accommodate them but they cannot be guaranteed.

• A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

• Full balance payment is due 1 month prior to arrival.

• If a booking is made with less than 1 month prior to arrival, the full balance will be due to confirm the booking. This payment will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Bedroom Reservations

• All accommodation bookings made on the Christmas rate will be paid at time of booking.

• Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up until 4 weeks prior to arrival. After this date bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• The Christmas rate is subject to availability.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation of any booking must be made in writing to the hotel and all deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Should the hotel not receive full pre-payment 1 month prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits paid.

• If numbers decrease from those originally agreed, any deposit payments will be lost and may not be offset against any other charges.

• Any changes to your booking must be confirmed in writing to your event co-ordinator.

• Any reduction in numbers after final details are received (1 month prior to arrival) will result in full cancellation being charged.

• We advise that you take out insurance to cover yourself and/or your party in case of cancellation due to illness, adverse weather or other reasons.

• In the unlikely event of any booking being cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund given.

 General Terms

• Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque.

• Cheques will only be accepted no later than 14 days prior to event date and all cheques must be made payable to Addison Way Ltd.

• Any additional extras ordered on the event date must be paid prior to departure. No credit facilities will be offered.

• All rates offered are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

• All times shown are subject to approval by Local Licensing Authority.

• All details are correct at time of printing but may be subject to alterations without prior notice.

• Management & hotel staff reserve the right to refuse entry to hotel or refuse service if they deem it necessary.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damages caused by unreasonable or antisocial behaviour.

• Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated inside the hotel or its grounds and if the hotel staff deem it necessary, the relevant authorities will be called.

• A smart-casual dress code is applicable for all bookings.

• Children under 18 are not permitted to attend any party nights.
